How it Works


Investment

Event photography in the Baltimore and surrounding area can be booked at an hourly, half day or full day rate. Contact us with the location and details of your event, and we will reply quickly with a quote. This will include travel, event capture, image editing and color correction, and a fast turnaround on deliverables in a downloadable gallery.

The process

1. Booking
Once you reach out to Side A about your corporate event photography needs, we will respond with our availability, a price breakdown, and offer to have an on-site meeting for us to get to know the venue and understand your vision for event documentation. Once a deposit is received and the contract is signed, you'll be booked and ready to go!

2. The Big Day
Side A will arrive at your event dressed for the occasion and ready to capture each and every moment. Your guests will love our upbeat energy and we'll have them smiling and posing in no time.

4. Finalization
Within one week of the event we will edit, color correct, and send a downloadable link of the final deliverables. You'll be welcome to use your photos on social media, scrapbooks, photo albums, and anywhere else that you and your guests choose.
